IDC Frontier provides customers with SLAs to ensure that you always receive highest quality services.

Our SLAs have performance objectives and performance commitments for such as availability, latency and one word response time, depending on the nature of the services. Should the levels of service are not met, a customer is entitled to a credit of a part of the monthly charge.
