An IDCF service can be interconnected to a mega-cloud or more with this service. Available from 1 Gbps with a redundant configuration.
This optional service of Virtual Bridge interconnects a service offered by IDC Frontier, such as a Data Center, the public and the private clouds, and a mega-cloud or more, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud™, Microsoft Azure, with a secure and closed network.
* In order to subscribe to this service, you would have to have signed up for a subscription of Virtual Bridge.
Service features
One-to-many closed connection between IDCF Data Center/Cloud and mega clouds
You can have Housing Service, IDCF Cloud, or IDCF Private Cloud, either of which is on IDCF Data Centers, connected to a mega cloud or more. Up to 5 lines can be connected in a closed network in one-to-many.
Latency as low as 2 milliseconds* of secure communications to and from one mega cloud or more will let you have flexible multi-infrastructure configurations for data analysis, application development, data integrity as well as distributed systems, and utilize each service's functions and characteristics.

Redundant configuration as a standard feature: high availability assured
Device and line redundancy is offered as a standard feature. You do not need to build a redundant system by yourself nor purchase a separate redundancy serivce. Just subscribe to this one service, you will obtain a safe connection to a mega cloud or more.
No need to prepare BGP router, lines and other devices: nor to configure connections
Installation and operation of a BGP router and network lines, which are necessary to connect to a mega cloud, is carried out by IDC Frontier. Customer does not need to work on obtaining dedicated lines and network devices, nor on configuring complicated port connections.
The service offers simple choices based on bandwidth capability: 1, 2, or 5 Gbps. Just choose which mega cloud to connect to and with how much bandwidth, and get started!

You can start from as low as 79,000 yen/Gbps/mo
Each offering comes with a guaranteed bandwidth and redundant configurations as a standard setting, allowing you to have a logical connection to and from a mega cloud with 79,000 yen/Gbps/month at the lowest.
The price is so competitive against similar closed mega cloud connection services. It lets you start small with a reasonble price and a stable connection.

If you already are a user of IDCF Data Center, or Public or Private Cloud service, and using Virtual Bridge as well, by just subscribing to this additional service you can quickly start using the secure connection to a mega cloud.
Connect an IDCF service with multiple mega clouds
You can have up to 5 closed connections to IaaS and/or PaaS services of mega clouds per Virtual Bridge network configuration.
Combining mega clouds of your choice with necessary bandwidth, you can have a flexible multi-infrastructure configuration which allows you to perform data analysis, develop applications, maintain integrity of data, decentralize systems, and so on.
Mega cloud with decentralized Data Centers for DR and resource optimization
IDC Frontier's Data Centers are located extensively in Japan. You can connect the Data Center you are using to another in a redundant configuration, which strengthens your buisiness continuity planning and emergency disaster recovery.
