Basic Server Configuration Services offers mounting and cabling of servers and network devices as well as installation of operating systems, which are necessary as the first thing when you start using the Data Center, conducted by IDCF operators on your behalf.

IDCF operators to perform the basic part of server configuration at your remote Data Center
The services are available at Tokyo Fuchu, Fukuoka Kitakyushu, and Fukushima Shirakawa Data Center as well. Even for your remote site for BCP or DR, you can have your servers configured without you visiting the Data Center, which helps reducing your workload.

Outsourced On-site Operations Services
This packaged services allows our operational staff to perform work that can only be performed on-site, such as racking, cabling and emergency responses, to help customers to deal with these tasks without visiting a Data Center. It also let you monitor the actual work in real time through the camera server, and the prices are set reasonable using the point system.
